KRESEQ operates on a B2B basis only.
All products are supplied based on confirmed specifications, quotations, and mutual agreement.
 

Quotations

• Quotations are provided based on product specifications, quantity, and logistics requirements.

• Prices, MOQs, and lead times are subject to confirmation and availability.

• Quotations are valid for a limited period unless otherwise stated.
   

Orders & Specifications

• Orders are processed only after specifications are confirmed in writing.

• Products are manufactured according to agreed specifications (size, thickness, material, printing where applicable).

• Changes after confirmation may affect pricing, lead time, or feasibility.
   

Production & Quality

• Production follows confirmed specifications.

• Basic quality checks are conducted prior to shipment.

• Minor variations within industry tolerance may occur.
   

Delivery & Risk

• Delivery terms and responsibilities are defined at quotation stage.

• Risk transfers according to agreed shipping terms.

• Delays caused by customs, force majeure, or logistics partners are outside KRESEQ’s direct control.
   

Returns & Refunds

• Products are made-to-order and non-returnable unless otherwise agreed.

• Any issues must be reported promptly upon receipt.

• Resolutions are handled on a case-by-case basis.
   

Limitation of Liability

KRESEQ’s liability is limited to the value of the supplied goods as agreed in the relevant transaction.
